1. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions legal representatives of students  here by represent and warrant that they are sufficiently physically fit to participate in the training offered by La Taranta, and that they have no medical condition that would prevent their participation.

2. Students are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activity without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition and wellbeing. Our teachers are not medically qualified so if you   any doubts about your physical condition or your children’s, well-being and capability to exercise, we strongly recommend that you get advice from a doctor first.

3. It is the student’s legal representative’s sole responsibility to notify La Taranta   before attending any session of any circumstances affecting their health.

4. La Taranta does not cover the risks of illness and accidents. Each student must be insured personally.

5. La Taranta is not liable for any and all damages, accidents, injuries, injuries caused or suffered during lessons or during shows.

6. La Taranta is not liable for any thefts in the dressing room and inside the     studio. It is advisable to leave no valuables.

7. Image rights.


Unless advised otherwise by the participant or legal representative legal in case of minors (by e-mail before the first day of class), the management reserves the right to use photographic or filmed images in class, camps or during shows for its communication (website official of our school, brochures and programs, social networks).
